Eugene is just a regular guy living each day as it comes in his native Queens.  Reggie is his mentally challenged brother, who once hit a neighbor in the head with a brick and has been placed in an upstate mental facility.  When Reggie visits his brother for the weekend, the brutality of Eugene and Reggie’s relationship unfolds and the bearer of real violence is revealed.
